Our training categories are divided into six (6) Modules or Workshops.
Each workshop consists of 2 to 3 hours of interactive training in each of our core categories. They are:

Separate short term goals into personal and business areas. Clarify priorities and develop plans to achieve them. Differentiate between authority and power and
learn how to use them to lead your area of responsibility.
